Welcome to Inkind.

Inkind is a design consultancy focused on supporting nonprofits and community organizations. After retiring in 2023, I started Inkind as a way to continue to do the work I love, but also give back. My goal is to help those who have smaller budgets but still have big marketing and design challenges. If your organization needs an experienced and engaged consultant to help with branding, graphic design, advertising, social and digital media, reach out and let’s chat.

About me.

Jeff Pappalardo, Founder/Creative Director
After working for many years in New York City, I moved to Buffalo in 1994 to start at Crowley Webb and never looked back. As a creative leader and partner, I worked with amazing people and helped create memorable work for Buffalo’s most prominent brands. I have served on many boards, such as WNY United Against Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Irish Classical Theatre, Ad Club of Buffalo, and Buffalo Prep, where I still lead the marketing committee. I was also part of the Leadership Buffalo class of 2014, the best class ever. My community means a lot to me, and I’m eager to do what I can to give back and support their important work.

Client experience.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with many outstanding clients and organizations. Here’s just a fraction of both Buffalo-based and national clients I’ve worked with over the years.

How I work.

Let’s keep it simple and fair.

  1. Discovery. Let’s get together and discuss your goals and challenges. What makes your organization tick? What obstacles do you face when it comes to fundraising or reaching the right audiences? How is your brand perceived in the community and what needs to change? These conversations are on my nickel and free of charge.
  2. Strategy. Given your budget, what tactics can help make a difference? We’ll consider all of your target audiences and come up with a plan to reach them most efficiently. At this stage, I’ll charge you for my time, but we will work together to determine a rate that works for your budget.
  3. Execution. Once we agree on a plan, I’ll connect with other freelancers to set the wheels in motion and help get the work done. Over the years, I’ve made a lot of contacts, and know the right people to call for the right projects. I’ll work with them on an estimate and pass their costs onto you at no additional charge.

Let’s connect.

I look forward to working together.
